We stand behind our products 100%. If you are not completely satisfied, you must contact us within 14 days for a refund, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return authorization, which is required prior to returns being accepted. We will let you know how and where to send your package. As soon as we receive and inspect the returned shipment your credit card will be refunded for the cost of the product returned including associated taxes. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Credit for the return will apply only to the purchase price of the product. Shipping and processing charges will not be refunded.

Damages and Issues
Damaged Items? No Problem! In the unlikely event that an item is shipped in error or arrives to you damaged, we will re-send the correct order at no cost to you. We simply require a digital photo(s) of the damaged items within 24 hours of receiving your item (or incorrect items) sent to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom and personalized products, jewelry, hair accessories, evening and wedding dresses due to hygienic reasons. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
On the rare occasion that any of your order items are unavailable, we will contact you immediately.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Cancelling an Order in Transit
Please note that we are rarely able to stop an order that has shipped and is in transit to you. If we are lucky enough to stop the order for you, please note that a 15% restocking fee on your order total will be charged plus a $15.00 admin fee.
